One person has been held hostage at The Discovery Channel Headquarters in Silver Spring, MD after a man with a gun and suspicious package entered the building. So far no injuries have been reported and authorities are still trying to gain more intelligence on the situation.
The armed man has been identified as James Lee and is confirmed as to be holding one other person hostage. It has also been confirmed that the 100 person daycare in the building has been evacuated.
