Fans of the hit reality TV show starring Matt and Amy Roloff, Little People, Big World, have been searching the net for answers to what happened when Matt was lying on the ground at the end of the last episode. Worried that Roloff may have suffered a heart attack and possibly died, Internet bloggers hit cyberspace to speculate and spread rumors that Roloff was dead.
Roloff and his wife dispelled the rumors by posting a recent photo of Matt on his official Facebook page with a photo from his recent trip to New York City. In the photo, Roloff looks healthy and happy, discrediting rumors that he’s suffering in the hospital, or possibly even dead.
I’ve said before I have an obvious problem with reality television.
I want to hate it, but then I watch shows like Little People, Big World, and I can’t maintain my dislike. The Learning Channel series follows the lives of the Roloff family of Oregon, who live on a farm. Both Matt and Amy Roloff are little people, and the show gives the world the chance to see that despite their small size, they are just like everybody else. Parents to four children, three of their children are of normal, average height, while one, fraternal twin Zach, is a dwarf like his his parents.
Personally, I’m glad to hear that Matt Roloff is okay. He is one of the most interesting people in reality television, and he has an incredibly creative mind. I’m looking forward to seeing what interesting things he he has to share on upcoming episodes of Little People, Big World.

I had a very hard time trying to find out about Matt. I wish they would have said something at the end of the show. I have been watching the Roloffs from the first show. I love Matt I think everyone should watch him and realize how much of a positive attitude he has. I think schools should show some of his episodes to let kids know . I'm 66yrs old and it gives me a beautiful outlook on life. I love it.

I was concerned about Matt because of the comments he made on the episode last nigt 6/14. He said,"When I tell Amy I'm dying, she says,"Promises, Promises", and then said, "little does she know." He had made that comment while saying he would like to be burned so his ashes could be placed at different places around the farm.It left me with an uneasy feeling because I felt like he knew something that no one else does. He also seemed to be in more distress than he does at times. I was really concerned, I do love him, and the family if for nothing else, their honesty.

Matt Roloff is a con man. A plain and simple huckster.

Shame on you for attempting to drum up viewers for next year's show by leaving us with the impression that Matt had suffered a serious malady! Why play with people's emotions in a race for viewers? Shame on you!

The Rolloff's have graced the world by allowing us into their home and lives and we are all better off for it. I stand less than 4' 10'' myself and know how difficult just going to the store is and reaching up to get things off the shelves. I was very concerned about Matt and found this site out if he was okay, I too wish there had been more information about his health, but to discredit them in any way is not cool. If you have a problem with the direction of the show and think Matt is a con man, please watch something else.

During the initial showws, I really liked Matt. However, now he has become a very egotistical and controling person, especially when it involves his family. If things do not benefit him first, he is reluctant to get involved. Also goes off on his own and not supports his family when he ius really needed. Amy needs to speak up more and not let Matt control her and the children.

I am 60 years old and walk with a walker and feel sorry for myself always. When I watch Matt he gives so much encouragement. I was so upset and worried about him when he was found on the floor. I'm so happy he's O.K. Thank GOD

Love the show, if he is a con-man, so be it. The kids are all special and normal as an be. They have learned to be sensitive to others. That is a great trate and a special skill learned from their very special parents. I don't always agree with the way things go but everyone is different and that makes it interesting. Yes I did wonder what happened to Matt. Glad he is fine. I really enjoy the whole family and love their home. What a special place to grow up. I do hope they work out their difficulties and keep up their good life.

Im so glad Matt is OK. I will be looking forward to the next show. I wish Amy was a little more forsefull when it comes to making those kids clean up after themselves. They are pigs as are most kids. She needs to put her foot down. She is so busy all the time and I can surely see she dont know how to keep a clean house.Thats just gross...... What a shame its a great house.

i think that they treat matt badly also . after all he does all this for his family.i dont think amy should encourage turning the children against their father. maybe matt isnt always there because amy does not always want him there. love the show hope they can learn to appreciate each other

We used to live down the road from the Roloff's. I remember when the kids were little and they would come into the 2 places that I worked. They honestly were little terrors and watching the show as they have grown up, they haven't changed much. Out of control would be a better term. Not bad kids, just wild and Amy was always in a huge hurry and the kids would just feed off of her stress. They literally climbed up on the counters (especially Zach) and would knock things off, jump down and run all over the store. I felt bad for Amy, as she had absolutely NO control over them It's too bad that money and fame have gotten into their blood...they are nice people, but Matt's whole attitude needs to be checked at the door. I think they need a season off and regroup.

My family were very relieved that Matt is well as is the family, but sadden to hear this is their last year. This family has become part of our lives, if only on TV. I think Amy would be fun to be around and a charished friend. I can't help but admire her. They will be truely missed, and my prayers will be for them to have a long journey and a wonderful life. Molly has turned out to be a beautiful young lady.
