G4′s Attack of the Show hottie, Olivia Munn, is trying out for a correspondent spot on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.

Thursday, June 4, she made her first appearance as the Senior Asian Correspondent, where she attempted to report on the plight of the Vietnamese fisherman. From the shore, Munn said the Vietnamese stated about the oil, “This #&*^ is worse than napalm.”

Of course, no one appears on The Daily Show without undergoing some form of criticism and jest. Pregnant-again correspondent, Samantha Bee showed up on the scene, followed by Jason Jones. Wyatt Cenec arrived to call Larry Wilmore, the four of them protesting this unexpected new correspondent.

Munn assured them all she’s not there to replace anyone, and the end of her report backslided into a racial extravaganza, “What are you here to report the news so half an hour later you’re hungry for more?”

Aasif Mandiv half-bodily appeared to insist he’s so Asian, he’s ninja, and the Asian Correspondent job is his!

Munn is the fifth female correspondent to join the show since its inception, and coinciding with her new gig on The Daily Show, Munn is also set to appear in a new NBC comedy this fall called Perfect Couples.
