Criminal Minds (9:00 p.m. EST, CBS)

On tonight’s fifth-season finale, the team journeys to Los Angeles on the hunt of a serial killer (the talented Tim Curry) whose pattern is to attack entire families and then leave one family member alive. What a sick-o. I’m sure Tim Curry will play him fabulously. And I’m confident that the Criminal Minds team will be able to nail the perverse serial killer.

Top Chef Masters (10:00 p.m. EST, BRAVO)

There are only five chefs left, and they must all perform in a round of “name that ingredient.” I love it when shows have these sorts of challenges—it’s interesting to see which chefs get common ingredients totally wrong. Later, the remaining contestants are challenged to cook a meal inspired by a Greek god.

Addicted (10:00 p.m. EST, DHLTH)

If you haven’t yet seen this show and like shows such as Intervention, I highly recommend that you tune in. On tonight’s episode, interventionist Kristina works with a 19-year-old meth addict who has been forced to turn to prostitution to support her drug habit. Yuck—I bet she shoots up. I have the hardest time watching a drug addict stick needles in his or her arm.
