So let’s cut the crap and get to what we all really want to know: who won the 10^th season of Dancing with the Stars? Drum roll, please…

The winning couple is Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls and Derek Hough!

This isn’t really a big surprise, as this couple has received the highest marks from judges over the past month or so. When the couple danced to “Proud Mary” on Tuesday, May 25^th, the judges gave them a perfect 10. Also, I think that Nicole has an unfair advantage—she may not be a professional dancer, but she dancing is part of what she does for a living. Just seems a little sketchy to me.

Judge Len Goodman stated, “There can be only one winner in Dancing with the Stars, and it should be you.”

Figure skater Evan Lysacek and Anna Trebunskaya came in second place in the competition, while ESPN reporter Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy came in third place. Erin said, “I came here under really crummy circumstances. I just wanted to get my life together and my smile back. I just wanted to be myself again.” In her words, the show helped “put my life back together.”
