Biggest Loser: Couples (8:00 p.m. EST, NBC)

On the ninth-season finale, the winner of $250,000 and the title of “Biggest Loser” is crowned. Viewer votes determined the third finalist, which will also be revealed during tonight’s episode. Eliminated contestants show up to weigh in to see who will win the $100,000 at-home prize. Former players make an appearance to share their diet and fitness progress since leaving the show.

On tonight’s episode, Will (Matthew Morrison) tells the glee club kids to use Lady Gaga’s music to express themselves. Meanwhile, Rachel (Lea Michele) has an encounter that will forever alter her life—could it possibly be that she finds out who her mother is? I’m looking forward to watching that bomb drop.
