House (8:00 p.m. EST, FOX)

On the sixth season finale, Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein) teams up with House (Hugh Laurie), his team, and a search and rescue team to help out at a scene where a crane collapsed onto a building in Trenton, New Jersey. Among the victims are a trapped woman (China Jesusita Shavers) who may lose her leg as well as the guilt-ridden crane operator. Elsewhere, House finds out the Cuddy and Lucas (Michael Weston) are planning on moving in together.

One Tree Hill (8:00 p.m. EST, CW)

Tonight is the seventh-season finale, and it promises to be epic. Julian’s (Austin Nichols) film is set to premiere in Utah, so a group of his friends get together and head west to see it. Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) is one of the group, who hopes that the trek will help her bounce back from her depression.

United States of Tara (10:30 p.m.

EST, SHOe)

Tara (Toni Collette) believes that she can get her family more unified with her latest art project, a family portrait. Elsewhere, Max (John Corbett) does his best to put some distance between himself and Pammy (Joey Lauren Adams); Marshall (Keir Gilchrist) gets bad news regarding Hany (Sammy Sheik) and Ted (Michael Hitchcock); Kate (Brie Larson) meets an intriguing guy online; and Nick (Matthew Del Negro) asks Charmaine (Rosemarie DeWitt) to do something about Neil (Patton Oswalt). I just love dysfunctional families.
