Of course, as you probably know if you own an iPhone or iPod Touch, you can download your favorite TV shows directly from the App store. Some current shows even have season passes, which provide discounts based on the fact that you want to see the whole season. You can see some current TV offerings in the image above.
However, there are no strings attached – you can spend your iTunes gift card in any way you want.

I don't know if it's because I've seen so many movies, but I cannot imagine not having music of some kind playing in the background.
