What happened this weekend while you were out celebrating Mother’s Day with the lovely ladies in your life?

This past Friday, Malcolm David Kelley had a little trouble at home.  Apparently the Lost star heard someone trying to break into his house and called 911.   When the sirens sounded, the suspect took off and more than one shot was fired in the suspect’s general direction, but no one was hit.  The suspect was taken into custody but there’s been no word of a release.  Kelley’s rep said for the actor, “Malcolm and his family are incredibly grateful that no one was injured during today’s incident.”

If you’re a Psych nerd like me, this news will be music to your ears.  The longest running USA original series will be premiering its fifth season on Wednesday, July 21 at 10 p.m.

 The show has already booked some high profile guest stars like John Michael Higgins and Jean Smart, among others.

The folks over at Comedy Central are pushing the envelope with their newest comedy.  According to the NY Post,” The cable network has announced that it’s developing a series called JC – a half-hour animated show about a dude named Jesus “JC” Christ who wants to escape his dad’s (aka God) considerable shadow to chill in New York as a regular guy.”  The show is supposedly going to be “playful take on religion and society with a sprinkle of dumb.”
