I’m not sure who I feel worse for: Kobe Bryant or the newscaster that got stuck interviewing this dude before the big game outside of the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California before the first round of the NBA playoffs.

The crazy fan went through a seventy-minute dialog about all the things he wanted to do and share with Bryant, including shopping for antiques and getting over his trust issues. Maybe they could just hold each other and be okay with the silence, listening to whatever their bodies tell them to do.

Even if this guy was just grabbing his fifteen minutes of fame, I was scared for Kobe Bryant. I found myself wondering if Bryant was scared too, or if he busted a gut laughing at his biggest fan before the big game.

Hooped Up Online claims the crazy fan newscast was a fake, and honestly, after watching it, I wondered that myself. Even if it is phony, if I were Bryant, and I saw that guy on the street, I’d run the other way just in case.

I bet Tila Tequila would pay this guy big bucks to stalk her. You know she likes that sort of thing, or so I hear.
