Dr. Drew Pinsky is arguably the most famous doctor out there. He got his “celebrity” start as a host of the syndicated radio call-in program Loveline. He began hosting the radio show in 1984 but really got notoriety when he was joined by funny man Adam Carolla in 1995. The duo’s sense of humor, combined with Drew’s extensive knowledge, made them hard to beat.

Drew’s affair with reality television began in 2008 with VH1’s Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, which followed a group of celebs as they underwent rehab at the Pasadena Recovery Center. He went on to work on the spinoffs Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew and Celebrity Rehab Presents Sober House as well as MTV’s Sex…with Mom and Dad.

But let’s see how he answers a hypothetical question, shall we? So what does this esteemed doctor think about the “guidos” and “guidettes” of MTV’s Jersey Shore?

When asked how he would go about treating the cast of fake-tanned peeps, he said that “there’s got to be some abuse there, physical or otherwise,” and that he would certainly have to treat alcoholism. He also reveals that many of the cast would be put into the sex addict category also.
