Lin Yu Chun is everywhere all of the sudden. In fact, after appearing on a Taiwanese reality show called Super Star Alley, people all over the world are calling him the next Susan Boyle. Apparently because he can sing, not because he looks like her. I think he sort of looks a little like Masi Oka from Heroes, but what do I know?

Chun recently appeared on The Ellen Show, and was asked to stop by The George Lopez Show to sing a duet with one of my all-time favorite people: William Shatner.

Chun and Shatner teamed up to sing Total Eclipse of the Heart, which from Chun’s point of view was probably not supposed to be funny, but thanks to Shatner, I can’t stop laughing. I think it’s just me, as it doesn’t take much from William Shatner to get me giggling. His latest Priceline Negotiator commercial, which features his evil twin, made me spew coffee through my nose the first time I saw it.

I don’t know. Maybe I’m easily amused, but here’s hoping you are too. On the other hand, Lin Yu Chun has some serious pipes. The original video that earned him Internet stardom has gotten over 5 million views, so check him out.
