Two of my favorite things are about to be combined…the quirky music comedy Glee and the talented actor Neil Patrick Harris.

Neil Patrick Harris sat down to talk about his upcoming role in Glee, and it only served to make me more excited. Harris will be playing an old schoolmate of glee club director Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison). Harris refers to his character, Bryan Adam, as “villainous.” Oh, dear. I don’t know if Schuester can handle any more villains in his life!

Apparently, Bryan went from glee club lover to theme park entertainer to crack addict. Interesting transition there, Glee writers. What’s his ultimate goal? To get rid of glee club. In his mind, his past with glee club led him nowhere. Or, more accurately, to theme parks and cruise ships. And then to crack. I wonder if Bryan will team up with Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch). For some reason, my gut says that the two would make a spectacular duo.

My only main bummer is that Harris will only guest star on one Glee episode. More Neil Patrick Harris, I say!

Can this show get any funnier? I certainly hope so…and I think so, too.
