Saturday Night Live is on a roll with their musical parodies, and this week the Thrilla Killa Klownz released a mockery of rap sensation, Insane Clown Posse’s “Miracles,” titled “Magical Mysteries.”

The original “Miracles” video is considered relatively low-key for Insane Clown Posse, who’s known for their love of violence and mayhem, which made it prime fodder for the SNL crew. ICP used their song to call science on their complex definitions of a number of topics, including stars, planets, the inner-workings of magnets, the elements and a variety of other simple topics.

The mock-up video takes simplicity to a whole new level, posing questions like “Is the world round or flat,” “Why are pants different than shirts,” and “F***in’ blankets? How do they work.”

The original video, which was released to the public on April 7, got a lot of criticism on the Web, as many viewers and music fans have a hard time taking ICP seriously. The Thrilla Killa Klownz are even harder to wrap your head around, but at least you know they aren’t trying to make an actual statement with their absurd curiosity.

“So, open up your mind and shut off your brains, the mysteries of life can’t be explained.” Thank you Thrilla Killa Klownz for helping me make sense of the universe and Tuesday afternoon.
