To help Americans tackle heart disease, obesity and diabetes by teaching us all how to eat meals that are balanced and made with fresh ingredients. It’s about time!

This promises to be a disturbing and highly entertaining program. Investigate a variety of shocking medical cases including the death of writer Sherwood Anderson and a newborn’s death, which is thought to be the mother’s fault.

Chandon Pictures (9:00 p.m. EST, SUNDe)

You know how much I love the Sundance channel. This program is an Australian sitcom focused around documentary filmmakers who also work as wedding videographers. On tonight’s episode, the cocky Tom Chandon (Rob Carlton) takes on a job shooting the wedding of a couple who’ve been attached at the hip since childhood…and are cousins. Tom views this as a win-win situation, as he gets paid for the wedding videography while also digging into an unconventional love story.
