Conan O’Brien has just announced a theatrical tour.
“Hey Internet: I’m headed to your town on a half-assed comedy & music tour,” said the red-headed comic on his Twitter account this morning. The tour is headlined as “The Legally Prohibited From Being Funny On Television Tour” and you can purchase tickets here or at ticketmaster.
There was speculation of a comedy tour before, but nothing set in stone until the announcement this morning. MTV reported on a possible tour last week, speculating that the show (which is being billed as a revue) will contain the classic comedy that O’Brien’s been doing for so many years- skits, monologues, musical numbers, and social commentary. Whatever Conan does, we know it will be funny.
