I have been working extremely long hours this week and I’m EXHAUSTED…but I fell asleep at 10 AM and set an alarm clock so I would not miss ADAM LAMBERT. He is THE reason I watched the show. I wish Jay much success, because I’ve always liked the Tonight Show with him. I”m glad he’s back. But last night’s ratings were because he had Adam on the show. Jay…next time interview him! He was so great on the earlier show….talk to him again in late night..he’s SUCH a joy when he’s interviewed.

While I will completely and totally admit that Adam Lambert has an amazing fanbase, people are generally morbidly curious as to what Palin will do on shows. Not just fans watch her- a lot of people tune in to watch and hope she falls on her face. I’m sure Adam contributed to the ratings, but Sarah Palin tends to draw more of a crowd. People who don’t like Adam Lambert don’t usually watch him in hopes he’ll fail.

Have to disagree with you on who the draw was. Adam Lambert was the one having me up way past my bed time (have to get up early–middle school teacher). Adam was fabulous!
