American Idol (8:00 p.m. EST, FOX)

The top 24 potential stars have been chosen, and it’s time to start evaluating their performance skills. On tonight’s two-hour episode, the top 12 girls perform, kicking off the show’s semifinals. The best part about this? You, the viewer, get to call in and vote for your favorite female performer! I happen to favor Crystal Bowersox, the dreadlocked mother who has some mean vocal talent.

Truth Behind Crop Circles (8:00 p.m. EST, NGC)

You know how I am: I’m in love with the supernatural. So when I saw that this program is on National Geographic Channel tonight, I got really excited. Follow experts as they analyze crop circle sites in southern England and learn about the various leading theories surrounding this mysterious phenomenon.

Forgotten_0101The Forgotten (10:00 p.m. EST, ABC)

You’ve certainly heard about this show. After all, it stars Christian Slater—and who didn’t fall in love with him after Pump Up the Volume? I know I sure as hell did. Anyway, on tonight’s episode, the team investigates a secret underground society of nightclub goers. Will they be able to identify the woman whose body was found in a derailed train’s wreckage? Or will they just have fun raving it up with clubbers?
