Jimmy Johnson, the famed Dallas Cowboys coach, Fox NFL Sunday Host and NFL coordinator, is now testing his hand at pitchman. Johnson is the new spokesman for the male enhancement product “ExtenZe.” Do they give out rings for that?

Johnson was the first coach whose team won both the NCAA Division 1A Championship and the Super Bowl. He then went on to become a sports analyst for Fox. While Jimmy was with the Dallas Cowboys he became a household name and beloved coach by Cowboys fans. But still with all this, he is not too proud to admit on national TV that he uses a male enhancement product.

ExtenZe started out selling mostly on late night TV. During the last 10 years, some of the stigma of male enhancements have been removed. Now, EntenZe is available through many mass retailers. Wal-mart, Walgreens and CVS have all jumped on the ExtenZe bandwagon.  Having these stores sell the product enhances the value and legitimacy of the company, at least according to their viewpoint. This may be what drew Jimmy in.

To go along with this new add, ExtenZe is offering a chance to win a free diner with Jimmy at an upcoming ExtenZe event.

Even with all the mass retailing, it still doesn’t make it any less creepy to hear Jimmy Johnson say, “Go long with ExtenZe. I do.” I am sure it is a problem for a lot of men, but, I still feel a little queasy thinking about it.
