Looking for a low-key show that’s perfectly appropriate for the whole famdango? Check out Make It or Break It, a show that focuses on a group of teen Olympic hopefuls (kind of fun to watch since the Winter Olympics are going on, don’t you think?).

On tonight’s episode, Emily (Chelsea Hobbs) finds out that her mom is dating Steve (Anthony Stark) following a confrontation between Chloe (Susan Ward) and Lauren (Cassie Scerbo). The National Team has to step up and prove themselves to stay on top.

Secret Diary of a Call Girl (10:00 p.m. EST, SHOe)

I love this show, and I’m stoked to see that the new season is starting! Belle (Billie Piper) and Duncan’s (James D’Arcy) editor-writer relationship turns into something a little bit different after the two have a late-night discussion about her next book. Jackie (Joanna Bobin) and Ben (Iddo Goldberg) are having an affair, and Belle finds herself struggling to accept it…maybe our Belle still has feelings for her friend after all. Meanwhile, Bambi (Ashley Madekwe) starts to have feelings towards one of her clients despite Belle’s warnings to not get involved.
