The entire season of Jersey Shore was insane—of course we expect the reunion show to be a nuthouse. But first, I have to comment on the way that the set was arranged for the reunion. They separated all of the housemates so that the only two even close to touching were Sammi and Ronnie. What? Do these “guidos” and “guidettes” not like each other anymore?

All of the cast members showed up, even Angelina (remember Angelina? She was on the show for about five minutes). First, the show’s host (who annoyed the crap out of me) decided to focus on The Situation, as he was the cast member who was easiest to hate. But the Jersey Shore ladies loved The Situation—he hooked up with dozens (really—dozens!) of chicks.

Which leaves me wondering: were these ladies really interested in The Situation, or did they simply want to be on TV?

Then we focus on Pauly D, who tells us more about his stalker. You remember her. She was the Jewish girl Danielle who followed Pauly around. And, come to find out, she even drove four hours to Rhode Island to stalk her favorite Jersey Shore “guido.” Freak.

Our favorite couple, Ronnie and Sammi, is still together. Given how much they fought on the show, I find that extremely shocking. However, the “never before seen footage” causes Sammi to start crying and walk off-stage—before it’s even shown. But, I have to admit, the never before seen footage wasn’t anything to get all upset about. It consisted of a conversation between Sammi and The Situation concerning her doubts about her relationship with Ronnie. What’s funny is that Ronnie flips out and gets super pissed. These two feed off of drama. And it leads to them breaking up on air during the reunion show. How silly!

Overall, I was a little disappointed by the lack of drama at the Jersey Shore reunion. The drama high point was Sammi and Ronnie breaking up…and even that was weak. Here’s to the end of Jersey Shore…I have a feeling it won’t be the last time we see these crazy Italian-Americans.
