2010 SAG Awards Winners

By Katrina Robinson on January 23rd, 2010

SAG_Awards_300x300I don’t know about you, but my favorite awards show that airs all year long (except for the Academy Awards, of course) is the Screen Actors Guild Awards Show. This year, the SAG show is going to air for it’s 16th consecutive time.

What makes this show so special is that it’s the only awards show to acknowledge the incredible work done by union members. The best actors, stunt people, and ensemble casts in the world are in the Screen Actors Guild, and it’s an evening that allows these performers the chance to get the recognition they deserve. Another thing that makes the SAG Awards so special is that SAG members are encourage to vote for those who they think deserve to win. So it’s actors voting for actors, performers voting for performers…you can see why it would be such a huge honor to win one of these awards.

The nominations were announced a couple of weeks ago, and if you’re like me, you’ve spend the last couple of weeks in anticipation of the actual awards show. But your wait is over! Below are the nominees in each television related category, with the winner highlighted.
