Biggest Loser 300x300It was student teacher week on The biggest Loser and the contestants had a hard time dealing with the twist.  The show started with a temptation. This week the teams would be broken up in pairs: one student to one teacher, and because John and Stephanie did not have partners, they where partnered together for the week. The teachers would have to go to the gym and learn from Bob and Jillian them bring it back to teach the students. The students would be the only one whose weight would count at the weigh-in. The contestants where brought to two large containers filled with little chocolate candies.

One person from each team approached the candies and the person who ate the most would chose who would be the teachers and who would be the students. The pink team won by eating two pieces of candy. Every one was happy about the choices but Migdalia, who seemed to have a big chip on her shoulder.

Jillian tried to break Migdalia out of this “I don’t cry, I’m a strong girl” mode, only to push her to the point of leaving. Miggy and Migdalia were upset to hear Jillian talking mean to Migdalia. Hello! Have you ever watched the show? There is not an episode that airs that does not have Jillian in somebody’s face. You gotta know what you signed up for. Suck it up. Bob had to go calm her down and get her to stay.

At the immunity challenge the teachers were to tangle one thousand feet of ribbon through a playground. The student would draw a color ribbon and have to untangle it. The first one finished wins immunity and the ability to switch any group so that the teacher would weigh in. The teacher had 15 minutes to tangle up the ribbon. It was madness out on that playground. The students were then told they would untangle their own lines, blindfolded and the teachers would have to lead them. The gray team won the challenge.

At the weigh-in the gray team chose to change the white team so Michael weighed in for the group. Everyone was doing ok until they got to the red team, Melissa and Lance. Lance lost 12 pounds but Melissa lost one pound. Then she proceeded to say this is why she keeps gaining weight. Jillian was not having it and she and Bob jumped on her for throwing yet another weigh-in. Melissa would have to eat 6 to 7 thousand calories a day to only lose one pound. This of course got Melissa riled up about them attacking her credibility. They were screaming and yelling at each other I thought somebody was about to get slapped. The white team lost the weigh-in and was up for elimination.

Maria begged for Michael to stay. The other teams abided by her wishes and she was eliminated. In the follow up she has over come her fear of water and has lost 51 pounds.
