Last night Jimmy Kimmel appeared on The Jay Leno Show. Much to Jay’s surprise Kimmel held nothing back. Kimmel seemed to rally around Conan in this time of turmoil. Kimmel was like a chihuahua attacking a great dane. He kept coming back with more.

The interview started getting good when Leno asked Kimmel if there was anyone he wanted to interview. Kimmel replied, “You and Conan together.” Leno asked “What’s the best prank you ever pulled?” Kimmel started with a story about painting someone’s house, and then  said, “But I think the best prank I ever pulled was I told a guy that five years from now I’m gonna give you my show and then when the five years came, I gave it to him and then I took it back almost instantly. It was hilarious…I think he works at Fox or something now.”

Leno asked him if there was any show he’d like to host.Kimmel replied,“This is a trick, right? Where you get me to host The Tonight Show and then take it back from me? Listen Lucy, I’m not Charlie Brown, I don’t fall for that trick.”

The last question is where Kimmel really bashes Leno. Leno had asked something about ABC, but Kimmel had other plans. “Conan and I have children,” said Kimmel. “All you have to take care of is cars. We have lives to lead here. You’ve got $800 million for God’s sake. Leave our shows alone.”

Yeah Jimmy! It’s about time somebody tore into Jay Leno. He said everything I was thinking. I was not a big fan of Jimmy. However, after this interview he has won some major brownie points with me. I may even take time out to watch his show.
