I’ve watched a lot of Wheel of Fortune in my day. Who hasn’t? I don’t like to brag, but I’m pretty good at guessing the puzzles. I’d like to think if I went on Wheel, I’d be able to compete with the best of them, but if I got to request my competitors, I’d like to go on with Lee, George and Shane. These three guys are pretty sharp, but even with the puzzle solved, they couldn’t get it right.

They called out “Regis Philmin,” “Regis Philburn” and “Kelly Ripe-ah,” before one of them finally solved the puzzle. Even Pat Sajak mentioned that the episode was going to get a lot of hits, and no wonder.

The sad thing is, millions of people tune in to Regis and Kelly every day. The duo have been doing Live together for nearly nine years, and are literally a household name. I don’t know the history behind these hotties in uniform, but maybe they were serving out of the country for the last nine years, which would be a pretty good excuse, or maybe they just don’t have time for morning television.

Sajak was right. This video is definitely going down in TV blooper history!
