While this video may not tell you everything you need to really know about Lost, I have to admit that it certainly covers the main points.

While watching, I was taken back to my favorite moments of the show: Kate (Evangeline Lilly) and Sawyer (Josh Holloway) thinking they’re dying and having sex, Mr. Friendly (M.C. Gainey) throwing a football like a girl, Charlie (Dominic Monaghan) saying good-bye to Claire (Emilie de Ravin), Kate and Sawyer playing house, Desmond (Henry Ian Cusick) reuniting with Penny (Sonya Walger), “The Oceanic 6,” Hurley (Jorge Garcia) in the mental ward, the insane time-travel that the island goes through, Locke (Terry O’Quinn) coming back to life, Ben (Michael Emerson) killing Jacob, Locke actually being dead, Sawyer and Juliette (Elizabeth Mitchell) playing house at the Dharma Initiative, all hell breaking loose, and the bomb going off.

Wow. If you’ve never watched Lost, then what I wrote above must seem out of this world…and quite confusing. However, by watching this video, not only will you be soothed by the narrator’s smooth-as-silk voice, but you’ll be all caught up and ready to watch the final season premiere of Lost on ABC. However, to really be able to appreciate the greatness in this show, I advise you to lock yourself in your room with the first five seasons on DVD (or Blu-Ray, if that’s the way you roll), and get ready to have your mind blown away.
