For four years, we have been tuning into The Tyra Show to laugh, cry and have fun.  But all this will soon end. The Tyra Show is having its last season. Yes, it’s true! Tyra is cutting the talk. Tyra Banks, host of the show, announced recently that the 5^th season of the show will be the last. The show is always trying to empower women and teach them to love themselves.

Banks has been mentioned as one of the possible replacements for the queen of talk, Oprah Winfrey,  who is also leaving the talk show biz, in 2011. Banks has always appealed to the younger women and has been able to address many of the problems that effect women from 12 to 40.

Banks, the Star of America’s Next top Model and True Beauty, wrote on her website:

There’s a lot cooking right now and a lot of fire burning in my heart.

Tyra Banks will be using her time to concentrate on Bankable Studios, her production company. The company tries to focus on presenting positive female role models on the big screen. Presently Bankable Studios is reviewing several projects. “My next huge steps will allow me to reach more women and young girls to help us all feel as fierce as we truly are,” Banks says.

Many stars, such as Tyler Perry and Oprah Winfrey are encouraging Banks to follow her dream of redefining beauty for women.  She will still be doing America’s Top Model and True Beauty.  We will miss the show, but only hope she will make her dreams come true.
