Saturday Night Live Presents: A Very Gilly Christmas (8:00 p.m. EST, NBC)

SNL will always have a soft spot in my heart. I grew up watching the skits, and even through those years that they weren’t all that funny, I still watched faithfully. Well, fellow SNL lovers, tonight’s Christmas special is sure to tickle your funny bone. Holiday-themed skits and scenes will be dug out of the archives and shown, while special guests such as Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin stop by for a laugh or two. And who could forget about the sketches featuring Gilly (Kristen Wig), that adorable troublemaker?

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (9:00 p.m.

EST, CBS)

This show, for me, has its ups and downs. Sometimes, the episodes are far-fetched and hard to believe, and other times, I’m blown away by the episode’s cleverness. Tonight’s episode will hopefully be one of the latter types. The CSI team finds a connection between the death of a woman who was involved in a suicide pact (creepy) and a shootout at a gun store.

Jersey Shore (10:00 p.m. EST, MTV)

Now my newest guilty pleasure, Jersey Shore has been the topic of controversy for quite a while. The girls are trashy, the guys have more product in their hair than I’ve ever used, and this all adds up to one irresistible show. Tonight’s episode promises to be overflowing with inappropriateness.
