Dollhouse (8:00 p.m. EST, FOX)
I am a total lover of Joss Whedon’s shows. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen every episode of Angel and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Now I get to add Dollhouse to my list of favorite shows. Tonight’s episode is new and promises some serious drama. Echo (Eliza Dushku) copes with being lost in the world and being unsure of her true identity. This chick has it rough. Don’t miss her battle to deal with memory overload. And, of course, the fact that Echo is a hot badass doesn’t make the show all that difficult to watch, either.
Ugly Betty (9:00 p.m. EST, ABC)
Ugly Betty has been on the air for four seasons and is still an extremely popular show. Even if you’re not an avid viewer, you can jump in pretty much anytime. Just know this: it’s a show about fashion…and about how beauty is only skin deep. Interesting theme that is brought to life by the talented America Ferrera. In this week’s episode, Betty is passed up for Amanda by Matt, and she finally realizes that she actually has feelings for Matt. We girls are crazy, aren’t we? Just one question: when is Betty going to get those lame braces off?
