They took something from our youth and turned it into something for our adulthood. It's weird, twisted and, if not originally a children's show, something that would have given South Park a run for it's money. I can only hope they at least aired it a later hour to avoid a lot of exposure to children, but then again, they likely hear/see worse daily at school. If it were an actual show, and I had the time, I'd likely watch it just to see if they at least did a good job on it. Wow. If they did it to something I enjoyed, perhaps I would have felt more strongly about it. But then again, I enjoyed the reimaging of the Charlie Brown Christmas special that was just as crass as well, so perhaps I just have lower standards.
