The competition is getting hot and heavy on Survivor: Samoa. The castmates have to go through two tribal councils in two days and the stress is getting to some players.  One contestant has decided to cause a rift in the Foa Foa alliance. Will this strategy work or get them kicked off?

At the camp, Russell is working overtime trying to reassure Shambo that every things OK. She believes his lies and falls back into the line behind Russell.  Russell lays down in the camp and remarks, “This is too easy.” Jaison has started playing the game and worrying about jury votes. In a weak moment he tells everyone that Russell made two million dollars last year.

The tribe is surprised by an immunity challenge.

The tribe has to play a game of Survivor Bowling. They set up a ghetto bowling alley in the middle of the jungle. The players are randomly paired up and get two balls to knock down the most pins. The player that knocks down the most in each pair moves on, until one person is left standing.  Most of the players were getting gutter balls. Dave got a strike in the first round but could not pull it out in the end and Jaison won immunity.

At the camp, most everybody is rooting for Dave to go home. Monica tried to sway the vote toward Shambo. At tribal, Shambo says that she wants people around that deserve the million dollar prize. Dave says that most of the players are in a better position with him going to the end. The votes sent Dave packing. For the first time since the merge, the Foa Foa four have the numbers.

The next day the tribe has another immunity challenge.  In this challenge The players race into the water to retrieve a bag. Then they race back and try to use a plank to launch the bag into a basket about 10 feet in the air. Brett took an early lead, with Mick on his tail. Brett won immunity.

At the camp, Monica tries to stir up trouble. She tells Russell that Jaison and the other Foa Foa members told her how much he made. She then says she can control the jury. If he votes her out he is not getting any jury votes. Mick thinks it is time to make a big move and vote out Russell, but I don’t think he has the guts to try.

At tribal, Russell pulls out the idol and hangs it around his neck. Monica is delighting at the mayhem she caused.  She is overly exuberant for someone that is going home. The Galu cockiness is still alive in her. When it came to the vote Russell did not play his idol. I think he took it out just to keep people from voting for him. Monica was voted off.
