The_Duggars_300x300It looks as though the Duggar family, featured on TLC’s 18 Kids and Counting, has a new addition. Josie Brooklyn was born on December 10, 2009, three months premature—but both she and Mom are healthy and happy.

Michelle Duggar was hospitalized for gallstones, and an emergency C-section brought baby number 19 into the world Thursday night. Baby Josie is currently in neonatal intensive care and is thought to be there for months.

What I want to know is: isn’t it getting hard to come up with good “J” names? All of the Duggar children have names starting with the letter, and you would think that at 19 kids, the names would be wearing thin. But it just doesn’t seem that way.

Now, I’m not one to judge other people (most of the time). But I do have to say: Michelle is one crazy woman. While I don’t have kids, I can’t imagine that being pregnant for nine months is much fun (no booze, no cigarettes, no sushi…the list of forbidden items goes on and on), and the actual extraction of an infant can’t be a piece of cake, either.

There is only one way that Michelle could survive this torrential use of her body: a steel reproductive system.
