George Clooney

Ever since the black and white televisions started commandeering the airwaves, women have swooned over their favorite heartthrobs.  We kick off our slideshow with none other than George Clooney, who starred as Mark “Ace” Kolmar for two seasons of ER. Next up is Luke Perry of 90210 fame, followed by Don Johnson from Miami Vice. It’s hard to believe that his style and haircut were really in style during the 1980s. In fourth place is Tom Selleck, whose character, Thomas Magnum, was never at a loss for getting the attention of the ladies.

What list would be complete without Denzel Washington, who became famous from his role on St.

Elsewhere. Now think back a bit and you will recall a few hot bods from the black and white days of television as well.  Take, for example, Clint Eastwood on Rawhide or Richard Chamberlain on Dr. Kildare.

Rounding out the list, last but not least, we have Jimmy Smits.  His acting career is wide and varied, but he is perhaps best known for his role as Bobby Simone in the hit crime drama, NYPD Blue.  While there will always be some disagreement about who should be on a list like this, there’s no denying that these guys are hot, hot, hot.
