This week on Survivor: Samoa, Russell is on the search for another immunity idol and one person’s vote changes a whole team’s strategy.  At the beginning of this season I could not stand Russell. Now I and rooting for him and the entire former Foa Foa team. His ability to lead and deceive people is a work of art.

At the camp, everyone is talking about the tribal council. The other members of former Galu are still in shock. I’ve said previously that they had no idea what they were up against, and they don’t. The four old Foa Foa members are still sitting pretty while two old Galu have gone home.

At the reward challenge, the group was split into two team of five. One person on each team would lay face down in a cradle as the other four member manuvored the cradle with ropes. The people in the cradles have to grab 15 flags and place them in a log in the correct order. The purple team; Natalie, Russell, Laura, Brett and Dave won the challenge. The Reward was a plane ride to buetiful waterfalls and a picnic lunch.

When the team got back to camp, Russell and Jaison were immediately on the hunt. Laura and Dave were right on their tails. While they where looking Dave picked up a rock that looked just like the one in the Clue, but he didn’t see anything. Russell and Jaison take off running to see if Laura and Dave could keep up. Russell lost them and went back to the rock Dave picked up and lo and behold, behind the rock, in a hole, was the idol.

At the immunity challenge, the players each had three tiles hanging close together. They had to throw one rock and break as many tiles as possible. Each tile broken gave them one spear they could use to shoot at a target. The closest to the target wins. Even though Brett had two spears, Mick won the challenge with one throw.

The camp was so confusing after the challenge. Galu changed who they were gunning for three times; Foa Foa was trying to force a tie and get one more Galu to vote with them to ensure they would not go home.

At tribal council, Jeff Probst asked Dave about a tie situation. In the event of a tie, there is a revote. If the vote is still a tie everyone, except the people who were voted on, picks out a colored rock and one goes home. Dave was such an idiot. He keep saying he would rather chance going home than to change his vote. How conceited are these people? This is a chance for a million dollars. Suck it up and change.  The first vote was a tie between Natalie and Laura. In the second vote Laura went home.

The former Galu are like lambs going to the slaughter here, with Dave and Laura dragging them to the butcher shop.

That's funny. I hated Russel at first too, now I like him. Anyone that can find the hidden immunity idol 3 times deserves to stay in the game.

I second that Jill...he is the nastiest man and I am not sure that I want him to win, but I was really rooting for him this week!
