Ghost Hunters Academy is off and rolling and the students are about to see the seriousness of the school. Instructors Steve and Tango are thrusting them into one of the toughest investigation sites ever.
Battleship North Carolina, Wilington, NC
The students had to take a tour and setup the equipment without any help. Heathyr refused to go on the tour again, and didn’t want to listen to Tango telling the history of the ship. This battleship saw every major sea battle in U.S. history, and even experienced a torpedo hit. Steve warned the newcomers about the vastness of the ship and told them to take notes.
Of course, the cocky team did not.
When the students were left to setup alone, they decided to take another tour with Heathyr. This caused the investigation to be put on hold for quite a while. The team got lost in the ship. Steve and Tango had to have a confrontation to get the team rolling. Steve and Tango warned the team about tagging all audio when they make small noises, like coughing, or when they leave or enter a room.
During the investigation, the teams heard various noises and they did experience some high EMFs in one area. Susan, Ben and Chris were investigating in the mess hall when Susan wanders off. I guess she expected everyone to follow her. After about 40 minutes alone, she realized that no one was with her.
On night two, Steve and Tango helped with the setup and instructed Chris and Susan on how to use the thermal camera. There were a few banging noises and some shuffling, but nothing of real value the second night.
During the analysis, they had everyone do individual reviews. When Steve and Tango came back, they discovered that none of the audio was tagged, causing all of the audio to be thrown out. Steve said, “I don’t know if anybody here is here for the team.” This caused all of the students to start taking notes on what they did wrong.
Next week, Tango said that everyone would be reviewed and some of them may be going home. I kind of hope Heathyr will go home, because she rides my last nerve. It is not that she’s a medium, it’s just her attitude. All of the students seem to think that they are the best. If no one decides to give in, they will never become a cohesive team.
