It’s makeover week on the The Biggest Loser and the contestants embrace their new styles. Heading into the 10th week at the ranch, the contestants have already broken records and started new lives. Who will be the next contestant to fall victim to the yellow line?

The episode started quickly, with the losers meeting Tim Gun of Project Runway and Tabitha Coffee, a renowned stylist. The contestants were swept away to the Four Seasons, where Tim Gun picked clothes for each of them. Then they got new hairstyles to match the new bodies they have. Rudy was insistent on keeping the beard but Tabitha was not having any of that.

The contestants were told they would have to give an inspirational speech at the end of the day, to about 300 people.

This really terrified Liz. She was not the type to stand up in front of people. After the makeover, the contestants looked awesome and each contestant was surprised with their family.

They walked out on stage and everyone was astonished at the way they looked. Each one of the contestants talked about why they chose to change and what made them start choosing food to begin with. Rudy let the cat out of the bag when he talked about his sister dying, a topic that had not come out before. Liz was heartbreaking with her story of being everything to everybody, but doing nothing for herself. All of the stories had me in tears.

At the challenge, the constants were strapped into a little seat and had to use a pulley to pull themselves 700 feet across a gorge that was 200 feet deep. The winner would win a two week vacation to The Biggest Lose ranch and Resort for their family. Liz freaked out and did the entire challenge with her eyes closed. Rudy won the challenge.

The last chance workout had everyone busting their tail before the weigh-in. Jillian took Rudy outside and made him talk about his sister and the issues behind his weight. At the weigh-in the numbers were as follows:

Danny -12 (126 pounds total)

Rudy-16 (134 pounds total, breaking another record for the most weight lost on the ranch.)

Allen -5 (87 pounds total)

Rebecca -3 (73 pounds total)

Liz -3 (64 pounds total)

Amanda -9 (57 pounds total)

Rebecca and Liz fell below the yellow line and were up for elimination. Rebecca was sent home after she and Rudy had heated words. At home Rebecca has lost a total of 107 pounds. She was running a half marathon of 13 miles.

The contestants are whittling down in numbers and size. There are now only five losers left. I hope that these guys can take what they learned and put it into action in their daily life.
