House is back after a short hiatus for Major League Baseball. Thank goodness because some of us have been going through sarcasm withdrawal that only House can fix.

Jordan, a 16 year old girl, goes to a concert and ends up spending the night with the band or so she says. The next morning her ankle is extremely swollen. Her other appendages follow. It is up to House (Hugh Laurie), Foreman (Omar Epps), Cameron (Jennifer Morrison), and Chase (Jesse Spencer) to accurately diagnose her. It is increasingly difficult with a patient that seems to lie about everything.

House, Cuddy, and Wilson leave to attend a pharmacology convention.

House hopes to get closer to Cuddy during the conference. Wilson is giving a seminar based on a paper he has written in which he admits to euthanasia. House refuses to let this happen and drugs Wilson in order to prevent him from ruining his career.

Cameron thinks that Chase is having an affair because he is spending a lot of time away from her. We know this is because of his guilt over killing the dictator. Cameron confronts Chase and he admits to having killed Dibala.

House solves the case while he is at the convention. Another day, another case.

It seems House can do anything from anywhere. He can diagnose patients without even needing to be there in person. He is a Superman of the medical world. Everyone needs a weekly dose of House.
