This week’s episode opened up with Jax (Charlie Hunnam) visiting Luanne’s husband, Otto (Kurt Sutter), in jail and informing him that he is now a widower.

SAM CRO meets up with Lin (Kenneth Choi) to talk guns, and I have to admit—I got a little lost in their gun-talk. But I left the scene with the understanding that our beloved motorcycle club will do a favor for Lin, and in return, they will get another source for buying guns.

The most intense scene during the episode is when a group of Sam Crow members go to carry out the “favor” that Lin asked of them—persuading a judge to throw out a case. It’s out of control, as the judge is unwilling to budge. Even threatening to kill his son doesn’t do a thing. Opie (Ryan Hurst) loses it and ends up outside crying. I really just want to give him a hug. But what finally gets the judge to budge is the threat of burning the shrine he holds for his dead wife. I guess everyone has a weakness.

Now let’s talk about the porn. Two of Caracara Studios’ porn stars get picked up by the cops at a cheap-o motel where they’re doing a little more than acting in a dirty movie. The two ladies charged with prostitution and possession. Hale (Taylor Sheridan) and Sam Crow are convinced that the drugs are Darby’s doing. Hale gives Clay (Ron Perlman) a heads up about Zobelle’s plans to prove to the town that Sons of Anarchy isn’t necessary to keeping Charming running. According to Hale, Sam Crow has until the end of the day to be “heroes”. Bust #1? The chicks prostituting at the local cockroach motel. Bust #2? Darby, in his white supremacist, meth-cooking glory.

But Darby won’t go down without a fight, apparently. He decides that revenge is the best way to deal with Sam Crow, and he and his crew take a bunch of gasoline over to Caracara Studios, where Darby gets beaten up by fellow white supremacist AJ (Henry Rollins) before they torch the place. And what does Jax think? That Clay is responsible for the fire.

I do love Clay, but I am swiftly becoming a member of “Team Jax”. After all, while Jax may be somewhat responsible for Luanne’s death, Clay is completely responsible for Opie’s wife’s death. And I have a feeling that it’s going to come out sooner rather than later.

Our other favorite porn star Lyla (Winter Ave Zoli) and Opie have their first kiss! It was sweet enough to have me grabbing my heart and sighing. She may be in porn, but I like that girl.

My favorite Sam Crow girl, Gemma (Katey Sagal), finds peace in the church, and it looks as though she may be on her way to recovering from her trauma.

Like always, I’m on pins and needles until next Tuesday…who’s with me?
