Monday night, the seven remaining couples fought for their place in Dancing With The Stars. The knowledge that nest week would only have five couples had most teams lying on the line. No mater how good they were, there were still two people going home.

The show started with an encore performance from team Tango. It was another awesome performance. The first couple safe was announced as Kelly and Louis. The first couple in the bottom three was Mark and Lacy.

Colbie Caillat performed her hit, “Fallin’ For You,” as the professionals danced along. The next two couples learned their fate. Donny and Kym were safe and Michael and Anna were in the bottom three.

At this point I knew Michael and Anna were going home.

The Ballas Hough Band preformed.  This is Mark Ballas and Derek Hough from the show. Their music is very upbeat and sort of rave-like. Mya and Dmitry were announced as being safe. Joanna and Derek were also safe. This left Aaron and Karina in the bottom three. All of the couples in the bottom three were dancing with team Paso Doble last night.

Rod Stewart blessed the stage and sang, “Same Old Song.” I may be considered “old school,” but I love Rod Stewart. Michael and Anna were announced as being the lowest scorers of the night and they would be going home.

Mark and Lacy performed a Cha Cha  as their dance off dance. This was good and clean, but when you’re going up against Aaron you have to be perfect. Aaron and Karina performed a Jive, which was fast paced and next to perfect. Mark and Lacy were eliminated.

I knew when they said Aaron was in the bottom three, that Mark and Michael were going home. We have five couples left and next week they will have to do two solo dances. The top five couples on Dancing With The Stars are Kelly and Louis, Donny and Kym, Mya and Dmitry, Joanna and Derek, and Aaron and Karina. Keep voting for your favorites. I know I will.
