On CBS televisions hit sitcom, Three and a Half Men, Chelsea complains to Alan about having chronic back pain. Alan determines that her back pain may be caused by the size of her breasts, considering the back pain began soon after she developed them. After suggesting having a chiropractor adjust her spine (a solution Chelsea has already tried without success), Alan then makes the suggestion that she may want to consider breast reduction surgery. The scene abruptly switches to Charlie popping up in bed from a sound sleep with a strange look upon his face and says “Something is wrong.” This was the first comedic moment in a long list to come in this episode of Three and a Half Men.
Charlie then makes his way down to the kitchen where Chelsea informs him that Alan has suggested that she get the procedure done to help alleviate the pain in her back. Charlie plays it off at this point and genuinely comes across as supportive of the whole idea if it will help her cope with her back pain. However, the moment she leaves the room Charlie in anger slams Alan’s laptop down on his fingers and kicks him out of the house.
Throughout the rest of the episode Charlie attempts to find a reason, one that Chelsea will agree with, to prevent her from having her bra size reduced. He even turns to prayer, in a cheap pathetic sort of way, calling upon God to work a miracle on his behalf. The writers managed to get some great, clean humor out of the scene as well.
By the end of the episode Charlie simply provides his honest opinion about what will happen once Chelsea’s breast are smaller and this proves to be the miracle he was looking for. Chelsea storms out of the doctor’s office moments before the procedure can be done determined to keep her breast the way they are. The humorous part was the fact that she was so concerned with the idea of guys looking more at her rear-end and thinking it may look bigger to them because their attention, as Charlie explained it, would no longer be focused on her large breasts.
This was simply another great episode of Two and a Half Men that you will love to watch. Every scene turned out funny and there were numerous one-liner jokes that will make you truly laugh out loud.
