Dancing With The Stars has rolled over the halfway point and the judges are expecting the best. After last night’s show, all the stars were terrified of elimination. The show started with Taylor Swift performing her hit “Jump then Fall.”

All then took to the stage to find out who would be the first four safe couples. They were Joanna and Derek, Mark and Lacy, Donny and Kym, and Aaron and Karina.

The band Tempo Libre performed a Cuban number that the pros danced to. We watched a piece about the stars designing the clothes for next week. This was great fun to watch. The stars were purposely trying to design hideous clothes  for their partners. It will be great to see what they look like next Monday.

The next two safe couples were Mya and Dmitry and Kelly and Louis; leaving Louie and Chelsie, Michael and Anna, and Melissa and Mark in the bottom three.

Taylor Swift sang her song Love Story and we watched a short bit on getting perfect 10’s. The couple with the  lowest votes was Melissa and Mark. This means that Michael and Anna and Louie and Chelsie would do a dance off.

Michael and Anna did a fantastic Samba. I don’t think I ever saw him move his hips like that before. Louie and Chelsie did a Jive. Their Jive was exciting, but the footwork was off at times. The judges picked Michel and Anna to stay.

Louie and Chelsie and Melissa and mark were eliminated. Now the other teams have to step it up to beat elimination next week. Well, the first of the two week double elimination is over and two stars have had their last dance. So get ready for next week’s wild costumes and crazy dances.
