Scare Tactics is an unscripted TV show like no other. The victims are people that are put on the show, without their knowledge, by friends and family. The crew on the show sets up a horror movie type scenario for each victim. The sole purpose of the show is to scare the pants off the victim.

Host, Tracy Morgan, starts each scene off with information on the victim. The first victim is Gary who is set up by his friend Todd. Gary has taken a babysitting job for a family with one live child and one dead child. When he is alone with the live child, she starts talking about speaking to the dead girl.

The TV comes on and the dead girls voice comes through. Gary freaks out. The live girl unplugs the TV. Things start  moving and Gary is clenching the live girl and crying. A girl appears outside beckoning the little girl to play. Gary is a ball of shaking, blubbering fear at this point. Finally, the live girl tells him he is on the show.

The second scare is for Jason, who was set up by his friend Nick. Jason thinks he is helping on a show called Truthisodes, a web show uncovering the truth. Jason and the team are outside a top secret military base. They cut the chains and break in, only to find blood and weird experiments.  The group is found by an MP and a doctor. The cameraman is taken outside and shot, leaving Jason and the host with the doctor. The host is shot with a mind control device. Then Jason is told about the real show he’s on.

Tim, who was previously on Scare Tactics, set up his friend Ryan. Ryan was working security for a plant in the desert. Ryan and his partner roll up on a man burying something. When they stop the man, something in the trunk of his car rattles. Ryan is sure he is burying bodies. The man freaks out and tells them to run. They pop the trunk and the person the trunk grabs Ryan’s partner.  Then they see zombies walking toward the car. He is freaked out and screaming. They tell him he’s on Scare Tactics.

Leshai is the next victim. She takes a job as an assistant for an eccentric millionaire. She arrives at his house and is greeted by the girl she is replacing. She is told that several girls will come over for dinner and she is to screen them. She asks where they met her boss, if they are clean and if they are there for dinner. The first girl arrives and she goes to see the boss, a vampire. The girl runs out, leaving him hungry. Lashai tries to keep him from biting her. She is so scared they had to tell her twice to convince her she was actually on the show.

This was a great episode. My favorites has to be Gary and Leshai. There is  something about watching others get scared out of their wits that is fascinating.
