My favorite Battlestar Galactica moment was in "You Can't Go Home Again," when Starbuck got into the foul, nasty Cylon Raider, stuffed the hole with her jacket, and flew it back to Galactica. (Okay, that's more half an episode than a moment. Is that cheating?)

My favorite moment is when Gaeta is in the hospital bed singing his lament. It's chilling and haunting, but also wonderful

So many great moments to choose from. The one that sticks with me though is the very final scene with Jimi Hendrix "All Around the Watchtower". Very surreal and leaves you wondering about the circle of events.

I love when they run out of food, are rumored to be eating paper and Adama and Tigh laugh about there being a paper shortage. It's a striking moment in a tense scene very memorable!

One of my favorite moments was when Starbuck and Helo had to prove they weren't Cylons to Anders by sparring about his famous triangle game and the final score.

When Cally confesses to the doomed survey team that she joined the military in order to pay for her tuition at dental school. Moments later she is being threatened at gunpoint by her CO to lead a suicide mission. (Valley of Darkness) This is kind of dark-and-gritty-realism which makes BSG so compelling.

I basically love all moments featuring Helo, but one of my favorite moments was when he encouraged everyone to accept his sharon and they came up with the name Athena for her.
