Time for another installment of Cougar Town!  This week Jules has to confront her issues with PDA, Laurie gets to host her first open house, and Bobby makes a new friend in Grayson.

Jules meets up with Bobby on the golf course and wishes he’d do more with his life.  Golf is all he spends his time on so Jules approaches Grayson, her neighbor, and asks him to play golf with Bobby.  She annoys him into doing it and speeds off with Laurie to work.

Because of her job, Jules has very little time for her young boy-toy, Josh.  She decides to give Laurie a chance and lets her run the open house while she has a day off with Josh.  Josh tries to be lovey-dovey in public and Jules admits she’s not a big fan of PDA (public displays of affection).  Josh tells her in order to prove she’s not embarrassed to be out with him, she has to kiss him in front of everyone.  She decides to go for it, but is constantly interrupted by one thing or another.

Laurie does well at the open house and decides to go to a party with her friend to celebrate.  She leaves and comes back to the house to put last touches on everything, gets surprised by the home owner’s son, and attacks him.  She apologizes to Jules, but Jules yells anyway and Laurie storms out.  After Jules gets Laurie calmed down, she tells Laurie that she reminds her of her when she was young.  They share a moment and Jules decides to trust Laurie more.

Meanwhile, Bobby and Grayson start golfing and Bobby helps him with his stance.  Grayson beats Bobby’s stroke record for the course and Bobby’s devastated.  Jules forces Bobby to go see Grayson at work and Grayson admits he had fun playing golf with Bobby, which ends his depression.

To wrap up this episode, Jules sits back at a cafe with Josh to do their first public kiss.  Ellie is there for support and to witness.  They kiss, he’s happy, and then Ellie criticizes his kissing.  We end with Jules and Ellie talking about how Josh can improve his technique.

This episode was cute, but to be honest, I enjoyed the moments between Bobby and Grayson more than the moments with Jules and everyone else.  Bobby’s goofy nature and Grayson’s wit make me giggle.  Tune in next week when Jules decides to call it off with Josh when he tells her he loves her.
