This was another great episode of the CBS television network’s hit show The Big Bang Theory. The series is about four geeky friends each with an IQ that would surely get Einstein’s attention. In the latest episode Koothrappali is afraid he will lose his project funding at the University because he hasn’t been able to produce results from his research. If he loses his job at the University, he will be deported back to India.

In a funny scene centered on Koothrappali’s obscure behavior around women, Penny must leave the apartment so that he can tell his friends about his situation. After the four genesis are stumped to come up with a solution Penny yells through the door, “Why don’t he just get another job!,” which was clearly the only solution that would solve his problem.

Wolowitz, played by Johnny Galecki, is desperate to keep his friend from being deported so he helps him get an interview to work with another project at the University. The interview goes well and he is bonding with the interviewer when this beautiful female scientist who will be working on the project with them walks into the room. Koothrappali  takes a couple of shots of liquor to calm himself and in a hysterical moment in the show ends up hitting on her and, of course, blows the interview.

Their other buddy Sheldon comes up with the idea that Koothrappali should come work for him, pointing out it is working for him and not with him. Koothrappali’s immediate reaction is that he would prefer to get deported, but with no other options he decides to take the job. We are then introduced to Sheldon’s “think-tank” where all the two men do all day is sit, stand and even lie down in his office starring at a whiteboard in an attempt to solve an equation.

All the time Koothrappali is working with, or for, (depending on who you are asking) Sheldon, Howard has lost his daily companion in Koothrappali and as an alternative he proceeds to cramp Wolowitz and Penny’s alone time by showing up at the apartment unannounced and staying when clearly they want to be alone.
