Fringe, while I (a guy) enjoy it. Most of the women I know can’t stand the lead actress, so much that some have renamed the show “Cringe”.

Grey’s anatomy. Not a show for guys, no matter how you cut it.

I’ll take that bet. Most of these are pure chick shows that no self-respecting male would sit through. Me and mine both like Dexter, but I end up watching Fringe alone. HIMYM might rate for some gals – I watch it purely for NPH badness. House – chick show. Hugh Laurie is hilarious, but not in this repetitive crud. Grey’s Anatomy?! No man with all his parts intact should be watching hospital dramas.

Interesting article, I watch most of these myself. A lot of what’s said is opposite for me. I’m a female who loves Heroes and House, for example, but my fiance is totally not into them. But I did get him to watch Dexter!

Dexter? Meant for couples? And did you just say Men don’t realize how good it is?
Are you sure you’re watching the same show I am? Because it’s easily the most bad-ass show on television. And it is not what I think of when I hear “couples television”.

Also, do you pick your television based soley on how good looking the leads are?

Gorgeous women on Desperate Housewives? I see one, and I happen to know she’s married. The rest have had so much plastic surgery to hide the fact that they’re 50 years old that their faces look like a lumpy plastic garbage bag. I’m not that desperate, but I can see why they would be. Yuck.
