In the episode entitled “Jiminy Conjecture,” Penny and Leonard are still trying to figure out their weird relationship. In confidence Leonard tells his friends that having sex with Penny was good, hesitating to actually say what he really thinks of the experience.

Later on he finally tells them that the sex with Penny turned out to not be what he expected it and of course Penny hears what he says which makes her feel terrible.  This situation is uncomfortable for both and Leonard tries to make up with her and they talk about why it is so weird between them. They end up drinking to try to get get loose and ease the tension and end up getting drunk and sick with nothing about their relationship being resolved.

While the main plot of this Big Bang Theory episode is going , Sheldon and Howard make a silly bet over what type of cricket they hear chirping in the building.  Once they find the cricket and get it identified Howard wins the bet and takes possession of one of Sheldon’s prize comic books.

I have no concrete clue as to why I enjoy this geeky show so much, but the Big Bang Theory is a very good show and each episode is filled with light humor and just leaves you with a genuine smile.  This episode was no different.
