Chef_Ramsey_medNobody knows what to expect when it comes to Hell’s Kitchen and Chef Gordon Ramsay. Last episode, Andy was sent home and Suzanne was sent to the blue team. Not so surprisingly, they don’t want her either and are already scheming ways to get her sent home. Yet I am forever hopeful that Tennille will be sent home simply because I cannot stand her attitude more than I cannot stand Suzanne’s. Suzanne is the lesser of two evils when it comes to my personal opinion.

It is not very surprising that the first thing the men do is sit down with Suzanne and tell her they will not accept her antics nor will they accept a member of their own team throwing someone else under the bus like Suzanne has been known to do.

For the first time, Chef Ramsay shows the competing chefs Araxi, in Whistler, British Columbia.

The chefs are impressed and freshly renewed in their quest to become the Araxi head chef. He has given each team 15 ingredients commonly found in Whistler in which they must create three different entrees without using the same ingredient twice. For this challenge, Chef Ramsay has brought in guest judges Sasha Cohen and Jonny Moseley. The blue team wins the challenge and is treated to a nice dinner while the losers must milk cows and clean out a pigpen.

Chef Ramsay announces that the old menus are gone and the teams must now create their own menus. Each person must have a say in the menu. The patrons of Hell’s Kitchen will have to choose between the two menus.

Neither team is able to keep it together during dinner service. Chef Ramsay shuts down the kitchens early. Each team must nominate one person from their team for elimination. The red team chooses Sabrina while the blue team chooses Van, both nominees are chosen for their inability to cook halibut correctly. Chef Ramsay choose Sabrina to go home.

The challenge sees the chefs having to cook one of Chef Ramsay’s signature dishes. The winners of the challenge are Dave and Suzanne and they are sent to Chef Ramsay’s restaurant in L.A. to be fed by previous Hell’s Kitchen winner, Christina.

The group is finally out together in one kitchen as the black team. Van starts sweating in the food and Suzanne can’t count correctly. Sadly, Tennille is getting compliments from Chef Ramsay. After even more screw ups, Chef Ramsay and Scott leave the kitchen. The chefs keep at it anyway and send out the food on their own. When he returns, he forces Suzanne, Van, and Ariel out of the kitchen.

Dave, Kevin, and Tennille choose to send Suzanne and Ariel to the chopping block. However, Big Mouth Tennille disagrees and wants to send Van up rather than Ariel. That is the first smart thing I have heard her say!

So, who goes home? Van is finally sent home after being on the chopping block for the third time. Good call, Chef Ramsay! If it couldn’t be Tennille then Van is second best.
