The majority of the Gossip Girl cast has graduated and headed for college and Conveniently enough, most of them are attending NYU. Blair, Vanessa, Dan, Scott and Georgina, yes I said Georgina (Michelle Trachtenberg), is back and going to NYU.

The Dorm Life

Going against Chuck’s suggestions, Blair moves into the dorms. She has a plan to “help” the lost freshman and claim her place at the top. Unfortunately she has no idea that Georgina has talked her way into being Blair’s roommate. This can only end badly.  Someone is going to get hurt and by hurt I mean dead. As Blair tries to bribe new freshman with goody bags (so third grade) passed out by her maid, Georgina makes her entrance.

Blair decides to throw a party (which is a flop, by the way). All the girls are down in Vanessa’s room watching TV and eating pizza. Georgina quite coldly tells her she and her sushi are not wanted or needed. The High school queen is learning how all the people she berated in high school felt. Ha, finally, I thought … that would never happen.

Discovering that Georgina is throwing a roof top party infuriates Blair. She is convinced that Georgina is trying to sabotage her. I don’t know if it’s sabotage or just good old revenge. Georgina explains that Blair is not invited. Blair uses Dan as a date to get in.

Dan’s The Man

Dan has now found himself at the top of the social ladder, starting with new friends and a writing group. Dan and Vanessa are now the group to be with. At the party, Blair calls in some of Georgina’s old friends (Bible thumpers) to come crash the party, playing Georgina as a freak. She then invites everyone to a club with limo rides. Dan saves the day with a speech about new beginnings and the party rocks on.

Sarena’s Mistakes

Serena ditches her plans to go to Brown and hides out instead at Chuck’s house. When Chuck tells Rufus about her ditching Brown, She loses it and uses Carter to get revenge. She is a massive train wreck.  If she would use half the energy she spends trying to get a attention on a career, she would be uber- successful. Just another spoiled rich girl.

The Aftermath

After the party, Blair whines to Serena about how unpopular she is at college and how she went from being a queen to a social pariah. Blair has obviously never had to fight for anything so this whole college experience is definitely going to teach her some new lessons. She runs home and crawls into bed with Chuck and tells him he was right. Dan wakes up to a phone call from Vanessa also has more drama coming his way when he looks down to see Georgina laying in his lap.  Then she gives him a good morning kiss, which is complete and total madness.
