50s_FamilyIn week three of the 2009 fall TV premieres we finally get to the “official” kick-off date, September 21st.  This upcoming week will have more television premieres than any other week of the fall season.  Tuesday and Wednesday top the list, with nine premieres taking place each night. So are my picks  for the week?  The Primetime Emmy Awards are going to be the big draw tonight, which is why no one in their right minds would put on a premiere for tonight.  My top five picks for premieres would be Dancing with The Stars, NCIS, CSI, House and newcomer, Flash Forward (yes, I’m picking this one as the surprise upset for the week).

(Note: All times listed below are Eastern Time. Check your local listing to ensure correct time in your viewing area.)
